Registration Terms

In registering to fundraise for Dance 4 Down Syndrome Incorporated trading as Dance 4 Down Syndrome, you do so under the following agreement.

• All funds raised in the name of Dance 4 Down Syndrome are to be collected with integrity and deposited into our allocated bank account within 15 days of your event completion
• The person named on this form has permission from the named organisation it is representing and is authorised to act or fundraise on it’s behalf.
• All details entered into the form above are true and correct.
• Dance 4 Down Syndrome’s name is not to be used for any other purpose other than to raise funds for the Registered Event.
• Any injury occurring from being registered or at your actual event remains your organisation’s responsibility, as does the running of the event. Dance 4 Down Syndrome takes no responsibility for any injuries occurring during, leading up to or after your Event. Please download our guidelines to help; these are guidelines only and in no way do they absolve you from responsibility in running your event. • Failure to adhere to these rules in the running of your D4DS Event may lead to the cancellation of your event and require legal action.
